中文摘要: 结合多年的铜电解生产管理与技术研究,通过对铜电解的直流电耗深入分析,采用欧姆定律的方法进行理论研究,量化了阳极泥、电解液等关键因素的影响。在此基础上,配套研发了相关新设备,开发了一套更节能、更高效、更优质的铜电解精炼生产工艺技术和生产系统,适合当前各大型铜冶炼铜电解技术升级改造,为铜冶炼企业提供绿色、节能的铜电解新技术选择方案。
Abstract:Combined with many years of production management and technical research in copper electrolysis, through in-depth analysis of DC power consumption of copper electrolysis, using Ohm""s law method for theoretical research, the influence of anode mud, electrolyte and other key factors is quantified. On this basis, the relevant new equipment has been developed, and a set of more energy-saving, more efficient, and high-quality copper electrolytic refining production process technology and production system have been developed, which is suitable for the upgrading and transformation of copper electrolysis technology in various large-scale copper smelting enterprises, and provides green and energy-saving copper electrolysis new technology selection solutions for copper smelting enterprises.
