中文摘要: 简述了某冶炼厂在旋浮强化铜冶炼过程中对余热锅炉的改造实践,对锅炉积灰的生成过程和锅炉爆管泄露原因进行了分析。通过实施独立回路改造,增加第一灰斗,延长辐射部长度,增设辐射管屏,优化对流部集箱布置,进行盐化风加热以及改进锅炉烟尘结焦清理作业方式等措施,取得了良好的运行成效。
Abstract:The practice of improving the waste heat boiler in the process of the suspension strengthening copper smelting was briefly described. The formation process of ash accumulation in waste heat boiler and the cause of boiler pipe burst leakage were analyzed. By reforming the independent circuit, adding the first ash hopper, extending the radiation length, adding radiant section heat exchanger plate, optimizing the installation location of the convective header tank, heating the sulphated wind and improving the operation mode of boiler ash coking cleaning, good operation results have been achieved.
