中文摘要: 通过阳谷祥光铜业平行流电解车间实际生产应用得到相关工艺控制参数,讨论平行流铜电解过程中电解液循环量、添加剂用量、电解液温度、电解液成分等主要参数控制对阴极铜质量的影响,确定电解生产中合适的控制参数,保障阴极铜质量。
Abstract:The relevant process control parameters were obtained through the plant production application of parallel flow electrolysis in Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Industry. The influences of the main parameters such as electrolyte circulation amount, additive dosage, electrolyte temperature and electrolyte composition on the quality of cathode copper in the process of parallel flow copper electrolysis were discussed. The appropriate control parameters in electrolytic production to ensure the quality of cathode copper were determined.
