中文摘要: 以某500 kA特大型铝电解槽为对象,通过数值仿真研究得到电解槽各物理场的分布结果,进而提出一种将仿真结果与虚拟现实技术相融合的方法,最终创建一个数字化的500 kA虚拟铝电解槽。通过在3D虚拟现实平台上展示的结果表明,该成果能够创建一个完全基于计算机的虚拟世界,能让参与者非常直观地全面掌握电解槽结构、槽内物理场的分布等,从而为铝电解的培训、展示、槽况诊断等提供强有力工具。
Abstract:Multi-physical fields simulation model based on one 500 kA aluminum reduction cell were established and solved in ANSYS software. One virtual 500 kA aluminum reduction cell was established by combining simulation results with virtual reality. A computer-based world was created in which people who were not analysis experts can see detailed cell structure in a context that they can easily understand, and a close inspection of component or activity of model was realized. This serves as a train tool for new operators and engineers learn reduction cell operation more efficiently.
