中文摘要: 结合生产实践,从能耗、综合利用、生产周期等方面对卡尔多炉处理铜阳极泥工艺进行分析,剖析了该工艺以及配置上存在的问题,提出预处理工艺及烟气吸收装置的改进建议。
Abstract:The process to treat copper anode slime in Kaldo furnace was analyzed in terms of energy consumption, comprehensive utilization, and production cycle combined with plant practice. The problems in process and configuration were summarized. Recommendation to improve pre-treatment technology and waste gas absorption device were put forward.
